The University of Nottingham strives to develop productive partnerships with esteemed institutions and organizations worldwide. The Partnership Relations  team is responsible for overseeing the international partnerships involving degree awards. This encompasses the development and management of relationships with our external teaching partners across undergraduate (UG), postgraduate taught (PGT), and postgraduate research (PGR) programs. These relationships involve articulation, progression, dual awards, and flying faculty arrangements. Additionally, the team supports initiatives that have a direct impact on the success of international student recruitment.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional International Partnership and Student Recruitment specialist to join the team. The post holder will play a pivotal role in managing existing and developing new sustainable, quality-focused recruitment partnerships to support the University’s size and shape agenda. Working alongside colleagues, you will actively contribute to the international recruitment objectives, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and keep abreast of the University’s international partnership priorities.

Along with your passion for international partnership and recruitment, candidate must be educated to bachelor’s degree level with demonstrable experience and success in international partnership development, account management or direct international students’ recruitment within the Higher Education field. Ideally you will have strong project management skills, problem-solving capability, and the ability to develop effective relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The post is offered on a fixed contract until 31/07/2024. Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered.
