The University of Southampton is seeking a professional administrator to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Legal Agreements Manager (International) responsible for the drafting, negotiation and issuing of all legal contracts and agreements managed by the International Office. The post is part of the International Relations Team that provides support in setting up international educational agreements across the university with institutions around the world. The post-holder will provide key administrative support specific to the activities of the International Relations Team and in support of the University’s international strategy. We are looking for a new staff member to join this busy team. This post is offered on a full time, fixed-term basis until 28/02/2022. You will be an excellent team player and be able to work proactively. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing and facilitating a busy and complex workload. Strong communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required, as is commitment to providing excellent customer service.
