 About the Role

 You will be working in partnership with administration and academic staff teams within the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine to provide and ensure efficient administrative support. Developing strong working relationships across the University and with external stakeholders to ensure appropriate administrative and financial support. Whilst also providing effective, professional support to the FHSCM ICATO Manager, the administrative and academic team, and students by providing proactive administration and answering day-to-day queries. 

 You will liaise closely with Edge Hill University finance, research and admin teams as well as Masters programmes to provide efficient and effective administrative support and ensuring that students, clinical academic trainees as well as admin/academic teams and key externals stakeholders are made aware of the opportunities available to them. This will be achieved by highlighting events, stories and successes featuring the faculty community across a full range of platforms, and dealing with specialist queries in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner, interpreting requirements, providing advice, guidance, and signposting as appropriate.

 About You

As an Integrated Clinical Academic Training Office (ICATO) Administrator you will have:

  • Relevant experience of working in an administrative, organisational role in a busy office environment which will enable you to contribute to a high-quality student experience. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines to the required quality standards along with high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
