This part-time (22.5hrs per wk) post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join Technical Services, providing customer focussed enquiry, administrative and support service for the College of Medicine and Health, based at the St Luke’s campus. You will be working effectively within a wider team to deliver a “seamless service” to staff, students and external contacts.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – you will be based on site with flexibility to work from home when business needs allow. 

About you

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, with strong relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role in an office environment. You will have experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a busy environment, delivery exceptional customer service and handling complex enquiries.

The role requires a flexible, friendly and professional individual with excellent attention to detail, and with the ability to manage and prioritise diverse workload often with tight deadlines in potentially sensitive situations.
