Summary of the role

You will be joining a busy team working across all areas of the University to meet regulatory requirements and promote Information Governance best practice.

You will be part of the  Information Governance team  to ensure resilience and support to meet the fluctuations in workloads and ensuring legal deadlines are met. They will also lead on specific projects and tasks as required to meet the requirements of the Information Governance Framework and relevant legislation supporting the Data Protection Officer.

About you

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with knowledge of Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information, PECr and other regulations.  You will need experience in using various Microsoft tools such as Sharepoint, and a willingness to learn new skills. You will be dealing with both internal and external requests.
