Job description

We are seeking to appoint an Information Coordinator for a 2 year fixed term period. The post holder will primarily undertake overall editorial responsibility for the School website including production of the School newsletter, poster design, news and events stories, all social media, marketing projects and conference organisation. They will share an office with the Head of School’s Coordinator and provide cover for the Head of School when the PA is absent. The successful applicant will have experience of both administrative work and supporting and servicing meetings. They will need to have excellent communication and IT skills and some experience of producing marketing material.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and vibrant School that aims to provide a top quality student experience. The successful candidate will be approachable and confident, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. They will be expected to work well using their own initiative with a varied workload in a busy environment. Candidates will require excellent organisational, customer service and IT skills, and must demonstrate that they that they can work well as part of a team.
