The Compliance Team is responsible for advising on and overseeing the University’s compliance with information legislation and sits within the University Secretary’s Office along with a number of other legal teams.


Based at Pontypridd


The University of South Wales requires an experienced Information Assurance Officer to support the University in its compliance with information related legislation and regulation. This busy role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic person capable of delivering a high quality service to meet customer, organisation and personal expectation who can take ownership for their work and use their initiative to deliver.
This is a full time role.


The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working. The successful candidate would be expected to work on campus in Treforest on a 50% basis.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
