About the Department
The Careers and Enterprise Team’s mission is to develop the employability of Queen Mary University of London students from their arrival at the University until three years after graduation. The team consists of approximately 60 staff, working in partnership with academic schools and employers to provide an inclusive portfolio of careers support and opportunities to Queen Mary students and graduates.

About the Role
The Information and Operations Manager role manages the Information and Operations team within Careers and Enterprise, and with responsibility for the key operation activity which underpins a modern, productive and sustainable service. This activity spans: content (including information, resources and marketing); systems and technology (with a focus on careers platforms, AI and automation); and client service.

About you
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in supporting students’ career journeys, and will have excellent communication, management and problem-solving skills. They will be committed to continuous quality improvement, data informed decision making, and creating an outstanding, inclusive student experience across our digital platforms and physical spaces.

Please note that we advertise our salaries on a range to indicate the trajectory of progression that can be made. Appointments are usually made at the start of the salary range.
