The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business is recruiting to a new Impact Evaluation Officer post, to support research impact across all disciplines within the Faculty. Working directly with the Faculty Senior Impact and KE Manager, within a newly revised Arts Institute team (combining the Research and Creative Industries Unit, the Arts Institute and The Bridge), the role will involve supporting researchers to gather evidence of impact and to evaluate impact-related activities, enabling integrated support for research impact and related areas of KE and Public Engagement.
You should have experience of research and/or administration in HE or an Arts-based function, and of creating and using qualitative and/or quantitative data, as well as a clear understanding of the meaning of impact in the context of social sciences, humanities and arts disciplines (SHAPE). Good customer service skills are essential, along with fully developed IT skills. You will have a professional approach and be able to work both as part of a team and able to use your own initiative.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for a period of 30 months due to business demand.
