About us:

The innovation Centre for Applied Sustainable Technologies (iCAST) is a unique research and development centre established to drive a step-change in the innovation of companies working in green growth. 

The Facility Coordinator will be working in the iCAST Creative Hub, a University of Bath facility located in the historic Brunel Carriage Works adjacent to the railway station in Swindon.

Unit 7 of The Carriage Works has been renovated specifically for iCAST and the University took possession in October 2023. 

The iCAST Creative Hub will host events, meetings and initiatives for iCAST partners and its cluster of over 100 member companies in support of co-creation of R&D and facilitation of growth and investment in the sector. 

About the role:

The post holder will be required to provide efficient and effective daily running and administration of the Facility and will work collaboratively with iCAST Coordinator, iCAST Manager, iCAST Industry Manager and Directors.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the day to day management of the Creative Hub, event organisation and dedicated support to iCAST Management Team.

The Co-ordinator role requires excellent coordination and administrative skills and good experience managing interactions with a broad range of stakeholders as well as running a facility.
