Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups and with approx. 600 staff, is one of the largest departments in the Medical Sciences Division. The Oxford Population Health aim is to reduce premature death and disability from human disease.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic generalist HR Manager to lead the HR operations and contribute to the strategic development of the department.
You should have considerable experience of managing the HR function of an organisation at strategic level, dealing with a wide range of HR issues, including complex cases. You should have the ability to communicate and gain the confidence of a wide range of staff. You will also need be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience) and be a CIPD member.
The role is fixed term for two years and full time (part time considered). The closing date for applications is noon on 28th November 2022.
