As part of the University’s wider Strategic Plan, we are transforming our People and Culture Team and would love you to be part of this!
As our People Operations Services Advisor, you will be part of a team that manages all aspects of the employment lifecycle for colleagues and managers at the University, from hire to retire. This is a true generalist role and an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within HR, in a complex yet friendly organisation.
This is professional level role, working with our People & Culture Business Partners and wider People Services Teams across a range of HR matters. You will act as second line support for queries and escalations from the People Operations Services Coordinator(s), as well as providing HR advice directly to managers and colleagues.
