The post holder will manage a team of HRBP’s that work closely with divisional and departmental staff on a wide range of employee relations matters. The post holder will provide support and guidance on strategic HR related projects and support the activities of the divisional office SMT.
You will be expected to build strong, productive working relationships with colleagues, possess an excellent understanding of the division’s key objectives and challenges and to work proactively on issues and projects aimed at assisting managers to work effectively on people related issues.
You must be confident, capable and experienced in supporting complex casework and organisational change, with a keen awareness of the broader implications of HR matters. Professional and proactive, you will be expert at complex stakeholder management with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
