Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

This role will report to the Director of HR Operations with primary focus on delivering a high quality HR Operations service across the Human Resources Division and the School.
The HR Operations Team Leader will be responsible for the effective operational management and delivery of the HR transactional processes, with management responsibility for the HR Operations Administration team.
With a strong commitment to excellent customer service, the post holder will build strong and effective relationships with colleagues across the School, implement common processes and new ways of working and work collaboratively to share best practice for efficient and effective working.
The post holder must possess a high level of professionalism, both in demeanour and conduct with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
