The Human Resources (HR) department at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) oversees a comprehensive range of HR functions, including organisational structure, recruitment, retention, pay and grading, training, development and wellbeing, employment relations, and performance management.

The HR Coordinator works closely with other HR team members to deliver a robust HR and payroll service to staff and line managers. The role holder is one of the first points of contact for all members of staff and external stakeholders and their responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process for professional and research staff, advising on, and implementing various policies, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.

The successful candidate should have experience working in an administrative role within an HR department, and basic knowledge of employment law and principles of best practice HR. You will have strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, combined with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to a high standard. The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads to meet multiple deadlines, forward plan and manage several tasks effectively and at the same time is a prerequisite of this role.

This role is based in central Cambridge and offers hybrid working.
