37 hours per week, normally worked Monday to Friday. Flexible working will be considered.


Salary

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £22,204 to £24,549 per annum with potential progression to £27,972

About the Role

As a key member of the HR team, you will be involved in an interesting and varied range of activities in support of immigration, compliance and security.  You will join a friendly and committed team of HR professionals and work with a range of stakeholders including staff, suppliers, visitors and students who work at Cranfield University and subsidiary companies.  You will work with colleagues in our payroll and finance teams to manage the process for casual payments.  Your work will help ensure the prevention of illegal working whilst also providing immigration advice in relation to recruitment and employment.

About You

This opportunity would suit a self-motivated individual, with experience in a customer facing administration role.   You will be highly customer focused and have a good attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
