Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £20,454 to £22,799 per annum

About the Role

As a key member of the HR team you will be involved in an interesting and varied range of activities in support of immigration, compliance and security.  You will join a friendly and committed team of HR professionals and work with a range of stakeholders including staff, suppliers, visitors and students who work at Cranfield University and subsidiary companies.  You will work with colleagues in our payroll and finance teams to manage the process for casual ad hoc payments, and undertake support for security checks, as well as work to ensure the prevention of illegal working.

About You

This opportunity would suit a self-motivated individual, with experience in a similar, customer facing administration role whilst also providing immigration advice in relation to recruitment and employment   You will be highly customer focused and have a good attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
