Joining a vibrant, large and varied HR function, you will work as part of a team which provides an HR Advisory service across the University, focusing on supporting managers and employees on areas such as HR related case work, performance improvement and organisational change.

You will be involved in a wide variety of cases which will require you to quickly understand the nature of the different business areas of the University. You will need to be confident in your understanding of employment law and advising on the implications of decisions.  You will also need to be able to effective juggle several areas of work at the same time, supporting managers with business-focused, timely and effective solutions.
