Role

Embark on a dynamic HR advisory role, reporting to the Senior People Partner. Your primary objective is to lead specialist HR administration for the People Partnering, People Operations, and Employment Relations teams. Dive into local and university-wide projects, managing administrative aspects and contributing to the success of diverse initiatives. Your role extends to handling confidential staff data, liaising internally and externally, and conducting thorough research.

From ensuring our intranet reflects the latest HR content to managing the People Services' asset register, your administrative prowess will shine. You'll be the driving force behind professional reports and presentations, maintaining up-to-date templates. The role demands meticulous note-taking at crucial meetings and keeping the People Services organisational chart accurate and accessible. Coordinating communications, engagement meetings, and organising networking events will be second nature.

Please note this is a Part time role, 0.7 FTE (26 hours/week). It is preferred that this is worked across 5 days, but we are open to 3.5 days as a minimum. The role will require some on-campus working of up to 40% per week.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an administrative maestro with a flair for HR intricacies. Your expertise in handling confidential data, managing organisational charts, and coordinating various aspects of communication and engagement will set you apart. Proficiency in drafting correspondence, publications, and presentations is crucial, along with a knack for ad-hoc financial administration.

As our ideal candidate, you are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced HR environment. Your commitment to excellence, coupled with your excellent communication skills, makes you an invaluable addition to our team. If you're ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic HR setting, we welcome your application.
