Help Desk Operator

About the role

We are looking for colleagues to join our existing team, working within our Campus Services, Accommodation department, on our reception desks. 
 
You will be greeting and providing reception support to students, conference and hotel guests, along with providing support to contractors, University staff and other guests to our sites. 
 
Your role will be an admin based role, which will rotate around our 4 bases: College Court, The Village student reception, The City student reception.
 
You will be processing post, answering electronic messages and phone calls, and checking residents into and out of our facilities, along with other admin tasks as required. 
 
This is a great opportunity to work within a University setting. 
 
The role will be based on a 3 shift pattern, which entitles the post holder to an additional shift allowance on top of salary: 
 
0700 - 1500
1500 - 2300
2300 - 0700

About you

Excellent Customer Service Skills, able to follow processes, with an attention to detail and great with admin tasks.
An individual who finds enjoyment with thorough completion of a task from start to finish.
 
Loves to support visitors and students, with a commitment to providing an excellent service.
