Keele University is seeking a Head of Student Records & Awards to play an important leadership and management role within Academic Registry, at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives to enhance the end-to-end management of student records, exams, assessment, and awards processes across the institution.

As the Head of Student Records & Awards, you'll possess an enthusiasm for and experience of leading and managing change, including hands on involvement focusing on business process advancement.  Alongside this you will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence academic, professional and senior managerial staff. Building highly effective working relationships with colleagues across the University to achieve delivery whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
