Salary in range of £43,660 - £51,687 per annum inclusive of London Allowance 1*

*This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Applications are invited for the post of Head of Student Engagement in the Student & Academic Services Directorate.

The College requires a rich, diverse and engaged academic and non-academic university community for all students. Student Engagement team play a key role in delivering a suite of initiatives aimed at enriching the student experience, delivered both on campus and online across the entire student lifecycle.

Student Engagement Team at Royal Holloway has a particularly strong student experience focus, leading a number of successful delivery student life and engagement programme across the College for all students, with a particular focus on new student orientation, engagement activity, success and graduation. This is a new wider portfolio for the department and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the future strategy for student life at Royal Holloway.

The post holder will be a main lead in promoting an inclusive and engaging end to end non-academic student life-cycle, creating a vibrant student community that supports all aspects of the Royal Holloway community.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience non-academic student life cycle and the current Higher Education landscape. Excellent organisational skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to lead a multi-disciplined team.
