Our educational ethos is built on the premise that education transforms lives and unlocks potential and possibility. This drives our commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, as we encourage our students to be courageous, to achieve, and to shape the world around them. Ranked 7th in the UK for research power in the 2021 Research Excellence Framework, our research is both extraordinary and world-leading, bringing together talented, passionate and dedicated people who strive to make discoveries that have a real impact on lives and societies across the world.
