UAL JDPS Head of Student Recruitment - Grade 7.pdf – 226KB

The opportunity

UAL Online is an exciting new division established to bring creative arts education to a global audience. We are launching new fully online degree courses starting from the 2024/25 academic year and are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Recruitment to lead on the development of our online student recruitment strategy for this new venture.

As the Head of Recruitment for UAL Online, you will lead on the development of our online student recruitment strategy for this new venture, focusing on the establishment of the enquiry to enrolment conversion journey and defining all recruitment activity, including the development of technologies that will drive sales and any underpinning processes. Collaboration with the Head of Marketing will be key to driving conversions from leads to enrolments, ensuring a seamless customer journey reflective of our high-quality learning experiences.

We're seeking a self-starter who can drive and develop this role alongside the growth of our UAL Online unit. At this early stage in the unit’s development, we’re looking for someone who is as passionate about advancing a positive team culture and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, as they are skilled at generating enrolments for our degrees.

About you

The ideal candidate will be a strategic recruitment professional with a strong background in creating and executing global sales strategies, including agile and data-driven interventions, and a demonstrable track record of implementing impactful sales conversion models that result in targeted customer growth.

You should have a track record in leading and managing inside sales teams, exceeding KPIs, integrating conversion activities with marketing efforts for customer growth, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Your knowledge of operational, transformational, and change leadership will be crucial in this role, sitting at the heart of a brand-new developing unit. Your ability to scale sales operations, develop teams and leverage technology for data-driven decision-making will be equally key to your success.

If you have a proven track record in achieving tangible results and are ready to take on the challenge of spearheading our recruitment efforts while contributing to the future success of our emerging unit, we would love to hear from you.
