We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated, and results driven individual with a passion for Higher Education to lead our Rankings & Performance activity.

As the Head of Rankings & Performance you will be a senior member of the Henley Business School Alumni & Development Team and will have responsibility for developing and leading the Henley Business School strategy for Rankings & Performance. Key to your success in the role will be your ability to guide our key internal stakeholders and lead our rankings activity in order to maximise the impact and reputation of Henley Business School.

This is a busy and wide-ranging role, and to be successful you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A good understanding of Business Schools and the Higher Education market, and the role that rankings play within that
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret information and propose relevant recommendations and action plans
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
