The Role

The Head of Faculty Operations is an exciting role in the Faculty of Health, responsible for managing the operational delivery of multiple diverse team activities and business operations across our fantastic student body, academic and research operations, as well as supporting the strategic objectives of the faculty and wider University.

What you'll do

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals in the faculty.
  • Oversee the strategic planning and operational management of faculty resources, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programmes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the faculty's reputation and impact.

Who you are

  • Experienced in managing resources and delivering operational change.
  • Experience in an academic or health/clinical/medical-related setting, preferred but not essential.
  • Effective communicator, with proven interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experienced with engaging and influencing diverse groups of stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
