The Role

We are looking for a Higher Education Academic Coach to work over four days to support our students on their journey to success. Working closely with cross-college departments, you will have a crucial student-focused role, contributing to high levels of student engagement, achievement and progress in HE. The role is focused on providing timely and high-quality academic study skills support to Higher Education students, including group workshops and targeted 1:1 support.

What are we looking for?

Qualified to Level 4 in a relevant discipline (e.g., Teaching and Learning, Support Work, Social Care or Education) you will have experience of working in a student support/engagement role in an FE or HE setting. You will be able to demonstrate excellent use of initiative, have strong communication skills and the ability to work with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
