Summary of the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Graduation team and make a real difference to the student and staff experience. You will have sound knowledge and previous experience of providing clerical, administrative and secretarial support, with extensive experience of using Microsoft Office. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and will have excellent organisational skills.  You will be expected to be flexible and proactive, providing support to the Graduation Coordinator as necessary. Experience of using complex databases and/or SITS or other student records databases would be an advantage. Proven experience of event organisation is essential.
