Summary of the role
The College wishes to recruit a Graduate Research Assistant to participate in carrying out fundamental research within the Data Centric Engineering Group (Exeter) and the Alan Turing Institute, under Professor Tim Dodwell.
The successful candidate will support Tim Dodwell’s 5-year Turing AI Fellowship in Data Centric Engineering.
The successful applicant will be able to present information on research progress and outcomes, communicate complex information orally, in writing and electronically and prepare proposals and applications to external bodies.
As well as being educated to first degree level, candidates will be a specialist in Reinforcement Learning and Energy, and with an Engineering background. Experience in industry is also key to a successful application.
