Education & Student Support - Student Employability and Academic Success

This new full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

The Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS) Division of the University of Exeter is seeking to recruit a Global Opportunities Support Officer (Outbound) based at the Streatham Campus.

The Global Opportunities Support Officer (Outbound) will be part of the Global Opportunities team and provide dedicated support on matters relating to Global Opportunities across a range of activities and programmes.  Key duties will include the recruitment, guidance and support of students going on a global mobility before, during and upon their return from placement.  Team members at this level work collaboratively to provide and act as “first port of call” for students, relevant staff and external stakeholders in relation to Global Opportunity programmes.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and planning skills who is able to communicate effectively in person, writing, email and telephone.  The ideal candidate would also have experience of using student record databases, of working in event management, and of working in a Higher Education environment.
