Global Brand & Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive Brand & Marketing Manager to sit within the global marketing team in London.

This role is perfect for an all-round, hands-on marketing expert that loves to combine creative thinking alongside world-class digital campaign management.

Who are we looking for:

  • You will take full responsibility for a global, integrated marketing communications plan spanning all online and offline activities
    • Specialist experience in email, digital, social and campaign management is a plus
  • You are an expert at creating a clear, consistent and inspiring brief for a variety of teams – from sales to creatives to senior management
  • You love using and are confident at manipulating, data to support your ideas and campaigns
  • You’re a doer – someone who can find and troubleshoot problems quickly
  • You will be resourceful, you are not afraid to manipulate copy, be able to edit a PDF or two, and be a confident CMS & CMS user
  • You are the voice of marketing – an excellent communicator
  • You’ll have extensive knowledge working on international markets
  • You will be the voice and champion of our customers at all costs – a true B2C expert
  • You move fast but sensibly, with a bias towards action
  • You will be able to manage both acquisition and nurturing (and everything in between)
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change and innovation
  • You are hyper-organized and love balancing multiple projects
  • You will value and promote teamwork, diversity and inclusion
  • You will be an attention to detail maverick
  • You will love and understand the brand!

Qualifications:

  •  5 years+ working in marketing / brand / communications / campaign management
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Jira (or similar) a bonus
  • Highly adept at full Microsoft suite, other software (e.g., Adobe) a bonus
  • Experience/knowledge of higher education preferable but not essential


As a part of this interview process, you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge with tangible examples of marketing, performance, and brand initiatives.
