German-speaking Associate Director of Enrollment

The Opportunity

Are you looking for a role with a truly global, entrepreneurial company that will develop, challenge, and inspire you? Hult International Business School is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Enrollment Adviser to join our dynamic sales team.

You will join a highly motivated team of student recruitment specialists in London to identify, advise, and enroll qualified candidates who wish to attend our globally ranked Postgraduate programs. To accomplish this, you will develop existing sales channels and grow new ones through innovative, multimedia marketing initiatives that include telemarketing, direct mail, print and digital advertising, social media, and community outreach. As a result, you will easily reach - and exceed - student enrollment targets in your region.

• Contributing to team coaching and development

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in marketing or business.
• 2 to 3-year track record of success in sales, business development, or recruitment with a respected organization.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills
• International work or study abroad experience.
• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, additional languages are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of a go-to-market strategy to recruit internationally-minded, high quality students for our programs in London, Shanghai, Dubai, Boston, San Francisco and New York from our office in London.
• Advising prospective students on the programs via telephone or in person and guiding them through the enrollment & admission process.
• Engage and nurture relationships with students and their stakeholders, from initial contact through them arriving in class or their handover to a different team.
• Executing a State-of-the-Art customer service approach.
• Working collaboratively with the Regional Marketing Team in the development of marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities).
