Applications are invited for the position of General Manager (Academic Development – Creative Futures) (Maternity cover). The post holder will support the Assistant Dean (Education) in developing and implementing the Creative Futures cross-College delivery strategies. They also ensure the effective management of resources and the smooth operation of activities across the functions of programme and unit delivery, quality enhancement, academic development, and educational development. This includes line-managing administrators working with the Creative Futures’ taught content, such as the Graduate Diploma in Art & Design, Master of Research RCA, AcrossRCA the mandatory 30 credit cross-College unit for all MA students, and cross-College elective unit allocation.

The General Manager facilitates, coordinates, plans and deploys resource requirements including robust budget control. They also act as the focal point for liaison with academic Schools, research centres and professional services to disseminate information effectively across the College.
