GBP 7148 Partnerships & Global Employability Support Officer

£25,007 per annum

Job Summary - This exciting role is based within the Partnerships and Global Employability team within the division for Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS). You will provide day-to-day operational support for the portfolio of activity delivered across the team and SEAS division. The role requires day-to-day contact and liaison with all related stakeholders including students, graduates, collaborating with SEAS staff, other internal Professional Services teams, academics, and a range of external stakeholders e.g. programme delivery partners, travel agencies, employers, and business intermediaries etc. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and offers full-time hours (36.5 hours per week) for 23 months. This is a hybrid position, which allows you to work remotely with access to offices on Streatham Campus in Exeter. About You - You should be a graduate who has excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure, has high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and excellent IT skills. You should have prompt and accurate database inputting skills, be able to maintain and use a database for retrieval of information, the ability to communicate effectively with precision and accuracy in person, in writing, email, and by telephone with a diverse range of people, and be friendly and extremely approachable. You should have the ability to present a professional image of the University of Exeter, have the ability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions whilst maintaining focus and accuracy, have confidence and ability to work independently with appropriate supervision, and have willingness to work outside normal working hours when occasional and reasonable requests are made. You should have experience of liaising with students and staff of varying levels, be able to handle multiple deadlines and projects, have relevant administration experience and practical use of MS Office, and have experience of working in a team and delivering against set objectives.
