You should have confidence to develop effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and organisations, have the ability to agree, organise and deliver a realistic workload, resolving conflicting priorities where needed, be committed to diversity and inclusion in UK society, and be flexible and adaptable in the face of unexpected circumstances. You should have knowledge of GDPR regulations and importance of confidential when working with vulnerable clients, basic knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities when working with vulnerable adults and children, and cultural awareness and sensitivity around working with those who have fled conflicts.
