Job Summary - The Teaching Quality Assurance & Enhancement team at the university are looking for a recent graduate to support the development of global classroom initiatives, identified as a priority in our Strategy 2030. You will work with academics to identify areas for development and work on the activities that will set development plans into motion.  This is a great opportunity to gain project management experience in a HE environment with an opportunity to access specialist training. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) scheme and offers 36.5 hours per week until the end of July 2023 with access to a range of competitive benefits. There is a hybrid working arrangement in place with offices located in Northcott House on Streatham Campus in Exeter. About You - You should be a graduate who has excellent communication, IT, organisational and problem-solving skills, who has the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, the ability to analyse complex information and produce evidence-based recommendations, an understanding of considerations for working with international partners, and an understanding of data protection and intellectual property regulations. You should have prior experience of report writing, of working collaboratively with a diversity of people, including in teams, and of analysing complex information and producing evidence-based information. You should also have the ability to obtain cooperation by quickly developing excellent working relationships with a wide range of people, to contribute to a positive team working culture and motivate others, to quickly develop an understanding of a new area of work, and to take a creative and innovative solutions-focussed approach.
