Job Summary - The University of Exeter is seeking a graduate to work within International Student Recruitment as an International Stakeholder Assistant. This role will provide a comprehensive introduction to stakeholder engagement and administration across our global student recruitment activity. Teachers, advisers, parents, agents, sponsors and other supporters are hugely important influencers. You will gain a breadth and depth of insight into UK and international student recruitment in a Russell Group university and as such this could become an excellent stepping stone to a career in recruitment. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership, will be a mix of home working and based in Exeter, on the Streatham Campus, and is available immediately until 15/12/2023. About You - You should be a graduate who has an understanding of the current Higher Education environment, has strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, good IT skills, the ability to work flexibly, excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, manage a variety of tasks and meet tight deadlines. You should have a flexible and proactive approach to solving problems, using creative and innovative thinking, be a team player enthusiastic about supporting colleagues and contributing to the development and delivery of shared goals, have a positive outlook, receptive to feedback and solution focused, and be customer focused. You should also have strong cultural awareness including an appreciation of different cultural expectations, sensitivities, customs and practices.
