Job Summary - The University has a graduate opportunity for a new Recruitment Administrator to join their HR Team. Supporting the University in its strategic ambitions, the recruitment team aim to attract the best talent globally ensuring a smooth candidate experience and robust selection process. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work closely with colleagues across Human Resources to ensure an excellent customer experience to our candidates and recruiting managers. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative, and respectful team that seek to deliver our new values on a daily basis. It is a fast-paced environment, but you will join a team of 14 made up of Recruitment Leads, Coordinators and Administrators who will train, support and guide you. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and offers 36.5 hours per week for. You will be based at Streatham Campus in Exeter and there will be an option to work remotely. About You - You should be a graduate who has strong customer service skills, high standard of administration skills with complete attention to detail, low error rates and the ability to work to deadlines, the ability to juggle work priorities and demonstrate a sense of urgency, and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. You should have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people, to make a positive contribution to you team and to be flexible. You should also have prior experience in working with customers, in working independently with limited supervision, including experience in prioritising and working under pressure to tight deadlines, and in working within a fast-paced administration team.
