Graduate Business Partnership
Job Summary - The Exeter Research Networks Team at the University of Exeter have an opportunity for a graduate to join them as a Network Administrator. This role will involve a broad range of duties including, supporting the planning and delivery of online and face to face events; maintaining web and social media presence; and undertaking desk-based research. This full-time role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) Scheme and is available for 12 months and will involve a mixture of home and campus-based work. You can be based (when on campus) at either the Streatham (Exeter) or Penryn (Cornwall) Campus. We encourage applications from graduates of all academic backgrounds. About You - You should be a recent graduate who has excellent organisational and administrative skills, good written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills, understanding of Social Media platforms and the ability to utilise them for a specific purpose, accuracy and the ability to pay excellent attention to detail, and be highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a positive attitude towards new technology and methods of communication, be confident speaking with people at all levels and from all backgrounds, have the ability to use own initiative in the workplace, have enthusiasm and willingness to learn, be good at problem solving, be customer-focused, and have an appreciation of research-related activity. You should also have experience of researching and writing compelling copy for a specific audience, experience of supporting the delivery of events or online events, and experience of teamwork and collaboration.
