The Opportunity  

This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Estate and Campus Services Directorate.  The Directorate is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, efficient and customer focused service across a diverse range of activities to the Keele University community. 

The successful candidate will assist with the operation, maintenance, fault finding, testing, repair and modification of domestic and commercial water installations, natural gas fired boilers, water heater and distribution systems and installations, internal and external drainage installations, rain water collection and disposal systems, providing the highest level of customer service across the University’s estate. 

You will have completed a formal apprenticeship & possess a City & Guilds certificate or equivalent and have Domestic and/or Commercial Gas qualifications. The successful applicant will have post qualification experience along with excellent organisation, planning, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well within a team
