Full-time (residential) EFL Teacher - Teikyo University of Japan in Durham.

Teikyo University of Japan in Durham seeks a pro-active and enthusiastic full-time residential EFL teacher from March 2022.  This unique EFL post involves teaching Japanese undergraduates General and Business English to KET, TOEIC and IELTS levels, coupled with a campus pastoral care role. Facilitating an online language programme will also be part of the role.

Secondary duties will involve initiating and conducting sports activities, organising and coordinating School placements, actively leading with undergraduate integration on campus and in the local Durham community.  The work schedule includes weekend activities and summer/winter field trips in the UK and Europe.

Newly qualified EFL teachers are encouraged to apply for this position.

Salary: circa £16,500 (plus accommodation and meals in term-time).
