About the role
Are you the Bodleian Libraries’ next Front of House Supervisor?

The Tours and Visitor Experience department is looking for a driven individual to help lead a high achieving team of Visitor Hosts to deliver a world class service for every visitor.

Striving to give visitors a memorable experience, you will be proactive, personable, and an excellent problem solver, remaining calm under pressure.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 36.5 hours per week to a rota with two other Supervisors. This involves working bank holidays, some evenings and 1 in 3 weekends as part of a 3-week rota.

About You
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the health and safety of our visitors, be involved in content creation and lead on exciting operational projects. When you are not supervising, you will be part of the Visitor Host rota. This will include meeting and greeting visitors, selling tickets, and delivering engaging guided tours. It is therefore important that you are an effective and supportive team player with strong communication skills.
