The Front of House Host is a key member of the Bristol Innovations team running the high-profile enterprise hub Engine Shed providing Front of House support.
You will be host to our visitors, members, and residents; welcoming and actively engaging with entrepreneurs, city and business leaders, innovators and academics.
You will also take room bookings, keep up the standards of our customer service and deal with incoming calls and enquiries from existing and potential clients.
You have excellent administrative, reception and customer service experience and skills with good IT knowledge and the ability to learn to use new systems.
You have experience in completing tasks requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with a range of people in a confident and personable way, tailoring the approach and style to the individual.
