The Role:

The Fleet & Training Development Co-Ordinator is the operational and administrative controller for the Estates Division fleet team. Supporting the safe and efficient operation of more than 60 vehicles used to deliver facilities management services, plus a range of farming, lifting, access and landscaping machinery, a number of pool cars, and a fleet of approximately 70 bicycles (including manual and electric).

This role is also responsible for overseeing and implementing the training & development needs of the Asset Management Team and providing administrative support to the Grounds Team.

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with

  • You are able to demonstrable experience in fundamental fleet management administrative processes.
  • As well as this you have experience in undertaking training administration
  • For this role you will need strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills which will help you with your ability to work within a team, plan and manage work activities, communicate and prioritise workloads.
  • Good all round administrative use of MS office software
  • A Full UK Driving licence

Interviews will be held early-mid May

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 6 months in the first instance.
