We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to join a very busy and dynamic Student Funding Team.

This full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Summary of the Role

This role sits within the Student Funding Team in the Financial Operations Department at the University of Exeter. The Financial Operations strategy encompasses cross functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation and promote a positive and empowered work environment.

As a member of the team, the key area that you will support is the administration and processing of all Student Funding Schemes. These include:

  • Bursaries
  • Scholarships & Studentships
  • Fee waivers
  • Success for All Fund (Hardship funding)
  • US Loans
  • PGCE Teacher Training bursaries

This will be within the terms of the schemes available and in accordance with the University’s own procedures, policy and regulations.
