The Finance Senior Administrator role is to provide a dedicated, high-level and confidential administrative support to the Finance Senior Management team. This includes the provision of PA support to the Associate Director Finance - Treasury, along with high level diary management for the Head of Business Partnering, Head of Procurement and Head of Internal Audit and responsibility for the office administration of the wider finance department. 

You will have line management responsibility for the Finance Administrative Apprentice who will support in the delivery of the role requirements and will work closely with the Senior Finance Management Team in order to ensure consistent and high quality support is provided at all times, and will contribute to the delivery and continuous development of a comprehensive and customer focused support service, providing the first contact for internal and external customers to the Finance Department. 

You will be able to demonstrate that you meet all the essential criteria within the Knowledge, Education and Training and Experience elements in the attached job description, with the ability to be professional and highly dependable, operate at a fast pace both independently as well as being able to work as part of a team and you will have a strong track record of operating within a similar role.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
