The Student Fees team, within the Directorate of Finanace and Legal Services, is recruiting for a Fees Administrator. This is a full time, permanent position.
As Fees Administrator you will be responsible for:
- being a main point of contact for student fee enquiries
- advising staff and students about financial enrolments through the academic year
- ensuring student financial information is maintained and up to date
- producing and processing daily and weekly error reports
- setting up of student sponsors and producing invoices.
You should have:
- experience of office administration and data input / interpretation
- excellent skills in customer service, team working and in communicating with customers and colleagues
- the ability to work with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail with good numeracy and literacy
- the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
