The Faculty of Engineering and Science have the above vacancy to offer.

The successful candidate will work with a team to co-ordinate the smooth running of the timetabling function within the Faculty. They will assist in updating the University’s systems in relation to timetabling requirements, both at planning stage and ongoing, receive and arrange one-off bookings in relation to the taught programmes. The Post-holder will also work within a wider administrative team in supporting other Faculty administrative duties.

Applicants must have experience of working in an academic environment, together with using a timetabling system.

The post-holder must have a flexible attitude to work, the ability to work accurately often under pressure, and as a member of a team. They must also be reliable and dependable.
