The Faculty Education Services Manager is responsible for leading the programme administration and education services within the highly ranked Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS). With around 5000 students in our Faculty, you will be part of ensuring an excellent student and staff experience. You will directly lead and manage a team of professional colleagues to deliver high quality programme administration. To do this, you will work with members of our academic and professional services colleagues across the University.  

This is a new, part-time (0.8 fte, 29 hrs/wk) role, ideally suited to an experienced academic administration manager with knowledge of sector issues and trends and who is able to demonstrate real impact and contribution. Creativity will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships. The ability to make a significant contribution to strategic change projects and lead teams through change is essential.
