(Permanent, Full-Time)

Job Purpose 

To be responsible for the management of the University’s Facility Services on the university’s Coleraine and Derry~Londonderry estates. To ensure the provision and delivery of effective facilities services to University student/staff/visitors/lease holders by the effective management and deployment of resources for the following services and associated activities:

•            Portering

•            Cleaning

•            Security

•            Mail

•            Car parking

•            Waste Management

•            Estates Projects (FM Services fixtures, fittings and fittings)

•            Major Incident Management

•            Business Continuity
